What PetNest is
PetNest brings together daily activities, health history, vet visits, medication plans, reminders, live walks, shared care responsibilities among family members, and detailed reports in one place. It is not “just another log app”: it is a digital care hub that makes dog ownership more organized, safer, and easier to share.
Sign-in, account, and dog profiles
Your journey starts at first launch. You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password—fast social sign-in for some, a classic account path for others.
During setup you can create a new dog profile or join an existing dog with an invite code or QR code—ideal for couples, families, walkers, or sitters who need access without friction.
When creating a profile you can capture more than a name and photo: breed, coat color, birth date, sex, microchip number and implant date, passport or ID reference, and more. That builds a complete, long-term profile. You can add multiple dogs and switch between them quickly inside the app.
Home and daily logging
The home screen is the center of day-to-day care. You see what matters today, follow recent activity, and add new entries with quick actions. Pee, poop, meals, and walks are easy to log.
Over time these entries stop being scattered notes: they become a timeline that helps you understand routines, notice changes, and keep a consistent care history—especially valuable for health and behavior.
Live walks
One of PetNest’s standout experiences is live walking. Start a walk in real time, include other dogs from your list, and follow duration, distance, and route. You can follow the path on the map, mark important moments during the walk, and save the activity when you are done.
This turns PetNest from a simple diary into a real-time care tool. Even if you briefly leave the app or lock the screen, tracking can continue—so the product matches how walks actually happen.
Routine reminders
Routines matter. PetNest supports meal and water reminders at the times you choose—especially helpful for busy owners, shared households, or anyone building a steady schedule.
Health hub and vet visits
Health is one of PetNest’s strongest areas. Vaccinations, vet visits, medication plans, weight, grooming, and bath records live under one health hub—not only as history, but also as a place to plan what comes next.
Vet visits are deep: date and time, clinic or vet name, complaint, diagnosis, procedures, next check-up, fees, notes, and prescription details. Visits are not limited to “basic fields”—you can attach prescriptions, lab results, invoices, and x-rays, linked to the visit so the whole story stays together.
Vaccinations
Vaccination management works alongside vet records. Log what was given, serial number, injection site, possible side effects, and the next dose date when needed—then schedule reminders. You can see what was done, what is due, and how it connects to vet history at a glance.
Medication plans and adherence
Medications support rich planning: name, start date, frequency type, dose times, how treatment ends, notes, priority, and notification state. Schedules can be daily, every other day, interval-based, or tied to selected weekdays.
You can link medications to vet visits and prescription identifiers, then review the full plan on the detail screen. Tracking goes beyond planning: you can see doses day by day and mark taken, skipped, or pending—especially powerful when multiple caregivers share responsibility.
Notifications
Notifications are paired with an in-app notification center. Important events surface where you can act on them, and deep links can take you straight to the relevant vet visit or medication screen—so information does not get lost.
Family and team access
PetNest is built for households and teams—not a single-owner silo. Owners can invite partners, family, walkers, or sitters with invite codes or QR codes.
Roles such as owner, editor, walker, or viewer control how much each person can see or change—sharing becomes easier without losing control. Ownership transfer is supported when life changes.
Profile, language, and account
Account management is thought through end-to-end: profile photo and display name, app language, notification permissions, subscription status, restore purchases, sign out, and account deletion.
PetNest ships in Turkish, English, German, and Spanish—ready for international use.
Statistics and insight
PetNest does not only collect data—it helps you read it. Statistics combine activity, walking habits, care rhythm, and health history into summaries across time ranges so you see not only what happened, but what pattern emerges.
PDF reports
For sharing and archiving, PetNest can generate PDF reports for vet history, vaccinations, medication plans, and broader health context—clean, professional summaries you can send to a clinic or family member.

All features are available during a 7-day trial. After the trial, continuing with the same full experience requires purchasing a monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription. The trial is not a permanently limited tier—it is full-featured exploration followed by a purchase decision.
